If you have been appointed as the Executor (or Personal Representative), the Estate can retain an attorney to handle the many documents needed. If you are an heir or a beneficiary, you may believe a loved one was tricked or confused or you are entitled to items not being properly distributed to you. We handle probate of estates and will contests regularly.

If you work overtime (more than 40 hours in a work week) you may be entitled to 1.5 times your hourly rate of pay. We may be able to help you recover unpaid wages if you have records of unpaid overtime worked.
