Katherine A. Young


Katherine has been licensed in Tennessee and California (inactive) for over 24 years.  She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota and her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego California.  She is a native of Minnesota.  Katherine has worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee, a Hearing Officer for the State of New Mexico and a Civil Rights Investigator for the State of New Mexico.

Katherine is a Veterans Affairs Accredited Attorney and is authorized by the government to represent veterans.

Katherine is a Tennessee Supreme Court Listed Rule 31 General Civil Mediator.  She mediates general civil disputes for private parties.  



Katherine is admitted to practice before the following courts:
