Employees who earn less than $684 per week ($35,568 per year) in salary are not exempt from overtime.  If you work overtime (more than 40 hours in a work week) you may be entitled to 1.5 times your hourly rate of pay.  We may be able to help you recover unpaid wages if you have records of unpaid overtime worked.

If you are driving on I-40, take either the Bridgewater Exit OR the Cedar Bluff Exit. *****BRIDGEWATER DIRECTIONS: TAKE Bridgewater North to turn left on Cross Park Drive, then to Directors Drive, turn left and go to Executive Park Drive. Turn right and enter the upper parking lot. You will see a white stone marker "Executive Plaza" at the end of the parking lot. Park near the side of the parking lot that has an "Office Options" sign. Park In front of Canopy B, enter Door 200. *****CEDAR BLUFF DIRECTIONS: When you exit the freeway, drive up Cedar Bluff to the light at Executive Park Drive, turn right (headed East). You will drive down about two blocks and the 9041 building will be on your left. You will see a white stone marker "Executive Plaza," pass that and turn into the lot when you see the "Office Options" sign. Enter Canopy B, Door 200.
